Can I rent my unit? Yes, subject to the leasing rules.
Can I have a dog? Per the master deed, dogs are not permitted. See our ESA policy.
Can I install flooring? Yes, after approval from management. Per the master deed, second floor units must be at least 75% carpeted.
Who maintains windows? Unit owners maintain their windows.
How do I dispose of furniture or large items? Coordinate with the Nutley Department of Health Garbage Collection.
Where do I park? Each unit is assigned a parking space.
Who plows snow? The association has a contractor to remove snow and ice from the parking lot and sidewalks. Owners may need to coordinate and/or remove minimal snow from their vehicles and spaces. Do not clear snow onto a cleared space or parking lot area.
